Hi, I'm Lucia! Alongside my husband & fellow colleague, Luis, and our fur-kid, Duchess, I founded Bark & Broom Pet Care during my time as a veterinary technician. We saw firsthand how difficult it could be for pet parents to find reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable care outside of a clinical setting. After years in veterinary medicine, it became clear that many families struggled to find trustworthy in-home support — especially for fur babies recovering from surgery, managing medical conditions, or requiring consistent, attentive care. Bark & Broom was created to help bridge that gap.
We provide dependable dog walking, pet sitting, and overnight care, along with in-home veterinary technician services and specialized wedding day pet attendant support. Our approach combines medical experience, professionalism, and genuine compassion — giving pet parents true peace of mind.
